Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to services provided by Termite King. By scheduling service, approving an estimate, or allowing work to begin, the customer agrees to the terms below.

Service Scope

Termite King will perform the services described in the approved estimate, service agreement, invoice, or service plan. Service recommendations may vary based on the property, pest activity, conditions present at the time of service, and the customer’s selected service option.

Any additional work not included in the original scope may require a separate estimate or approval.

Access to Property

The customer is responsible for providing access to the areas needed for inspection or service. This may include interior areas, exterior areas, gates, yards, garages, attics, crawlspaces, or other relevant spaces.

If access is unavailable at the scheduled time, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Payment

Payment is due according to the approved estimate, invoice, service agreement, or recurring service plan.

For recurring pest control plans, the customer authorizes Termite King to charge the payment method on file according to the agreed billing schedule unless the plan is cancelled according to the applicable cancellation terms.

Unpaid balances may result in paused service, cancellation of future service, or collection activity where permitted by law.

Recurring Service Plans

Recurring pest control plans are designed to provide ongoing service at the agreed frequency. The initial service may include interior and exterior treatment. Regular follow-up services are typically performed on the exterior, with interior service available as needed depending on the plan and service issue.

Service coverage, pest coverage, retreatment options, and pricing may vary by plan.

One-Time Services

One-time services are intended to address the pest issue described at the time of scheduling or inspection. Unless otherwise stated in writing, one-time services do not include ongoing recurring service or long-term pest prevention.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers should notify Termite King as soon as possible if an appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled.

Missed appointments, denied access, or late cancellations may result in a rescheduling delay or applicable service fee, depending on the situation.

Service Limitations

Pest activity can be affected by weather, sanitation, structural conditions, moisture, landscaping, neighboring properties, and other factors outside of Termite King’s control.

Termite King does not guarantee that pests will never return. Some pest issues may require follow-up service, recurring service, structural repairs, sanitation changes, moisture correction, or customer cooperation to achieve the best results.

Termite, WDI, and Inspection Services

Termite inspections, WDI reports, and treatment recommendations are based on visible and accessible conditions at the time of inspection. Hidden damage, concealed activity, inaccessible areas, or future activity may not be visible during the inspection.

Any treatment warranty or coverage will be limited to the written terms provided with the applicable service agreement.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for following preparation instructions, sanitation recommendations, access requirements, and post-service guidance provided by Termite King.

Failure to follow recommended preparation or cooperation steps may affect the results of service.

Wildlife and Rodent Services

Wildlife and rodent services may vary based on the species, activity level, access points, property conditions, and service scope. Exclusion, sealing, repairs, trapping, removal, sanitation, or follow-up work may require separate approval unless included in the original estimate.

Limitation of Liability

Termite King is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden damage, structural defects, moisture issues, sanitation issues, inaccessible areas, third-party work, customer-caused conditions, or damage caused by pests before, during, or after service except where required by law.

Changes to Terms

Termite King may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version posted on the website or included with the applicable estimate or agreement will apply to the related service.
